Announcing: Southern California's CMK Heritage Foals of 2007
It's a Filly! This morning around 2 a.m., we
welcomed Bint Galana'Zi to the world. She is a much hoped filly out of the 25 year old, Galana'Zi (Galan++ x Khatum Nejdzi by
Ga'Zi).
Both mother and baby are doing fine. I have attached a
picture that Trini took with her phone and forwarded it to me at work.
Bint Galana'Zi is sired by FV Sharabba. She is a big but very feminine
filly. Chestnut with a blaze and 4 whites. Diagonal (right front and left
hind) stockings with the other diagonal legs sporting socks over the
pasterns. She is sweet, sweet, sweet. Her mom is so good and lets us play
with her to our hearts content.
She is a full sister to Bright Rabba born in 2005, and who we are keeping as a stallion. "Brighton" will start his breeding career in 2008.
Bint Galana'Zi is the first of 5 foals this year, all due by the end of April. So, watch for more announcements.
