From our Arieana Notebook: Nisreen, like her dam Nasra, was a highly productive mare and likewise also the dam of 12 registered purebred Arabian foals (5 colts and 7 fillies). Her daughter *Incoronata is of significance to us at Arieana Arabians for her mid-pedigree influence in our foundation bloodstock. And just as an aside, another daughter of Nisreen was also imported to the United States by Roger Selby in 1928; this daughter was *Indaia who became famous later as the dam of Indraff (the foundation stallion whose name rings synonymous with Bazy Tankersley's Al-Marah Arabians).
