Imported from Syria by Sunical Land & Livestock Dept., Hearst Magazines Inc. October 10, 1947.

Dam of 12 registered purebred Arabian foals (3 colts and 9 fillies), none of which appear in the pedigrees of Arieana Arabians.

From our Arieana Notebook: *Bint Rajwa was a treasured daughter of *Rajwa and both together were a part of the Hearst Importation of 1947.

*Bint Rajwa bred on well and is noted as the dam or grand dam of champions by Gladys Brown Edwards in her book The Arabian: War Horse to Show Horse (p. 108). 

Noted as deceased by the Arabian Horse Registry on August 5, 1967 (cause unknown).
